Joyce Elizabeth Rodriguez graduated from Reagan High School, she was later married to James Rodriguez on November 22,1969. Joyce was a member of El Mesias Methodist Church.
Joyce Elizabeth Rodriguez is preceded in death by her Parents : Manuel and Lorenza Bolanos; Brothers: Isidor and Arthur Bolanos; and Sister Francis Bolanos.
Joyce Elizabeth Rodriguez is survived by Spouse: James Rodriguez and her children : Margaret Garcia (Spouse Mark Garcia); Robert Rodriguez (Spouse Meredith Rodriguez): Patricia Rodriguez.
Grandchildrens are: Ariel Borrego (Spouse Mark Borrego); Alexis Garcia; Alyssa Garcia; Mia Garcia; James Rodriguez; Avery Rodriguez; Evelyn Rodriguez; Madeline Melendez; Marquis Melendez; Manuel Ruiz; Sonny Ruiz;, and Great Grandchildren: Mario Borrego, Lila Jean Borrego, and many Nieces and Nephews.

A visitation for Joyce will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A chapel service will occur Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 11:00 am, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A committal service will occur Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 1:15 pm at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
