She was born in Durant, Oklahoma on October 13, 1937.
She is preceded in death by her son, Douglas Smith.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 60 years, Lloyd Homer Smith; her daughter, Tracey Smith; her sons, Lloyd Hilman Smith and Paul Smith; her sisters, Joyce Pappas and Rayvella George; and 5 beautiful granddaughters.
A memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at American Heritage Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 am.
