To my dearest son. God gave me 40 good years with. I am your best friend this March of 2026 you would have been 45 years old I love and miss very very much.

I am Leshaun Nichols, the son of Kelvin Nichols and I just wanted to share that I did not get to see him as much the older i got. A few months before he died I started to see him way more and every weekend I would go with him to his apartment and we would play and whenever we left from the house to go get some food or snacks we would ride the metro bus to the store and we would pick out snacks. My best memories of him are times when we went to Itz and played games and ate food. But my fondest memory of him is when we would go to the park and i would ride my little bike with training wheels and we would just go to the park and I loved to do the monkey bars and his nickname for me was monkey and i loved it. I just wanted to share these memories of my father and he will be dearly missed.

My dad once took me to this place near Acres Home, and he knew my favorite food was hot wings. He took me to the wing place and we both got the spiciest wings there. It was the first time I'd ever seen someone beat me in a spice competition. I was dying from my mouth burning and he actually was just acting normal, I was in complete shock. That was a special moment because I realized where I got my taste of spicy things from, the moment I realized he was my father and would be there for me. That is now my favorite place though I don't know where it is exactly, I know that it serves as a perfect moment for me and my dad.
