Kevan Mark Casey

Kevan was born in Houston on the 3rd of December 1971, to Charles and Melwyn Casey. He was preceded in death by his brother Kent in 1978 and his father in 2020.

Kevan married Tabitha, the love of his life, on the 22nd of March 2000, and together they had two lovely daughters, Kennedy and Kourtney. Raising his daughters with Tabitha was the joy of his life. He instilled in them his adventurous spirit, and the family took many trips together. Kevan loved health and fitness, enjoyed entertaining and spending time with his friends and his dog, Thor.

Besides his wife and daughters, Kevan is survived by his mother, Melwyn, sister Karyn Edwards, nieces Jessica Meyers (Nick) and Holly Burnett (Jon), mother and father-in-law Don and Julieta Garrett, sister and brother-in-law Heather and Josh Goldstein, sister and brother-in-law Brandon and Stephanie Garrett. Nieces and nephews, Averi, Allie, Luke, Cameron, Jackson, Lucas, Parker and Georgina. They all adored their uncle.

He will be remembered best for his kind spirit, generosity, quick wit and ability to connect with anyone no matter their background.

Friends are cordially invited to gather with the family and share remembrances of Kevan during a reception to be held from five o’clock in the afternoon until seven o’clock in the evening on Friday, the 20th of September in the grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.

Friends are cordially invited to gather with the family from ten o’clock until eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 21st of September at Greater Life Church, 1655 FM 528 in Webster. A memorial service is to commence at eleven o’clock.
