Kevin Andre' Cox

Kevin Andre' Cox, 47,beloved son of Gloria answered the Master's call on Monday, February 27, 2012. A native Houstonian, Kevin's formal educational years were in the Houston ISD , where he is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School Class of 1983. Kevin confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, under the pastorage of the late Rev. Seymour Adolph, and now currently Rev. Carlton O. Sylvester. Kevin love for family and passion for life will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Kevin is preceded in death by his father James Allen Cox; siblings, Darrell w. Cox and Michelle L. Cox; maternal grandmother, Della L. Harris and faternal grandparents, James and Elzadie Cox. Left to cherish his memory, his mother, Gloria Jean Cox; Five (5) siblings, Robert, Sebrina, Cynthia (Walter), Pamela and La Tanya (Patrick). He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 10, 2012, with a visitation from 10:00AM - 11:50AM. Homegoing Celebration will follow beginning at 12Noon. Both services will be held at New Hope Baptist Church 5202 Chapman Street Houston, Texas 77009.
