
Kham Van Dang, 88, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025. He was born on September 6, 1937, in Thai Binh, Vietnam, where he spent his early years shaping a life grounded in dedication, service, and integrity.
In Vietnam, Kham served as a teacher, a role that reflected his love of learning and his commitment to helping others grow. He was known for his patience, steady guidance, and the care he showed to each student. His years in the classroom left a lasting impact on many lives—one of the many quiet yet meaningful ways he contributed to his community.
Kham’s journey eventually brought him to the United States, where he built a home in Sugar Land, Texas. There, he continued to live a life centered on family, faith, and kindness. His gentle spirit, thoughtful nature, and unwavering devotion to those he loved were constants throughout his life.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Thao Thi Nguyen; his daughter, Dorothy Dang, and son-in-law, Binh Nguyen; along with extended family members who cherished him dearly. Kham was also deeply supported by his church community, whose fellowship enriched his later years and brought him great comfort.
Kham will be remembered for his humility, compassion, and the quiet strength that defined him. His legacy lives on in the family he loved, the students he taught, and the many lives touched by his generosity and grace.
