Mike, Cathy and family,
I am so sorry for your loss.  Your mom/grandmother is a beautiful lady -- both as a young woman and later as she got older.  I wish I could have been there to share with you hugs and kisses.

I lift you all in prayers today.  I am a cousin of your dad's, Mernie Jean(nick name).  My mom was Aunt Mernie and you probably remember hearing them talk about her.  Your mom was sooooooooo  much fun and always full of laughter.  I loved being around them, particularly at all of our family reunions we had at Hermann Park.  We had some good times and great food. My heart is just breaking for you all today.  I just watched the slideshow and I can still remember her voice and her laughing at Uncle Wyman.  I wish I could be there with you to celebrate her life.  Please know that my thoughts, prayers, and love are going out to you all.

You have such a caring way about you and always speak so highly of your family, I have to imagine this sweet woman had something to do with these characters you posses. She is ingrained on your heart and will always be with you, find peace in knowing she is at rest, and thankful you had her for your MOM.

Terri and I are so sorry for your family's loss. She was always so nice to me when I was young. I remember the first time I met her, she decided she just had to cook me one of her hamburgers, even though I was a total stranger at that time. Oh, and yeah, it was a great hamburger!

First I want to say I am so sorry for your loss. I always loved your mom and felt like one of the family. I remember coming over and it would be blue skies and she would be sitting at the little kitchen bar and I would say "Mrs Bosworth can Cathy and Johnnie go to the store with me and she would say "oh no it's gonna storm!" and I would say Mrs. Bosworth there's not a dark cloud out there but sure enough not long after that the storm would come. I also remember coming over when the weather was bad and she would say, " you kids get in that hall" then she would throw a mattress over ya'll. It was never a dull moment around your house. I also remember the time we all went somewhere and it started raining and the windshield wipers wouldn't work so Buddy had to hang out the window and move them back and forth over the windshield so she could see. The last thing I want to share is that time we were coming from Pasadena and we had to go through the tunnel and the traffic started to stop as we were going down and she said " My God if we have to stop I'm getting out and leaving you kids and running out of this tunnel. She always kept me laughing. She will be greatly missed.
