She moved to Houston in 1969. Lillian graduated from Kashmere High School in 1970. After graduation, she began a career as a nursing assistant, while going to school for her LVN. She worked at St. Luke's Hospital and Northeast Hospital before beginning private duty.
She’s preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brother, son, sister-in-law and nephews. She is survived by two sons, Anthony Davis Sr, and Courtney Davis, two sisters, Ruby Clayton (Don) and Loicy Johnson (Willie), one Aunt, Annie Curette (Wilton), four granddaughters, Jacquanetta Jones Jianna Hampton (Dominique), Antoinika Saucier (Steven), Ashayla Davis, two grandsons Anthony Davis Jr., and Dylan Sims, and a host of great grand kids, nieces, nephews and friends. Penny was well known for her desserts and will be missed dearly.
