Lucy Delores (Guillen) Amador

Lucy Delores, 84, born Jan. 7, 1941, in Houston, Texas passed away on April 16, 2025. Preceded in death by her parents William and Petra Guillen, Margaret Guillen Gomez, Linda K. Guillen Duron, Patsy Guillen, brother Robert Guillen Sr. She is survived by her husband Martin Uvalle, brothers William Guillen Jr., Richard Guillen Sr. (Claudia), sisters Diane (Dino) Garay, Lydia (Gabriel) Lopez, Agnes (Frank) Duran, JoAnn (Anthony) Ochoa, Stella (John) Lazo, Rose (Jorge) Lopez, Brother-in laws, Pete Gomez and Nick Duron Sr., Grandchildren Sophia, Rebecca, Lito and Gloria. Numerous nieces and nephews and an abundance of church friends.

She cherished and loved all her Godchildren, Monica, Linda, Patsy, Daniel, Richard Jr., Anthony, Jennifer Dimes, Luis Albert Dimes, Oralia Lopez, Carlos Gomez and Elias Garcia. She considered them blessings from God. "May HE bless them always! "

She truly enjoyed her years at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church/School as a cafeteria manager. Caring and feeding all the children throughout the years.

A visitation for Lucy will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A rosary will occur Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 7:00 pm, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A funeral mass will take place Friday, April 25, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2405 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003. A committal service will follow Friday, April 25, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023.
