Margaret Garcia

Margaret was born on April 23, 1947 in Houston, Texas. She graduated this life to go be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 30, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ruben Garcia, sister, Rosie Magana and husband, brother, Mike Melchor and wife, brothers-in-law, John Garcia and wife and Manuel Garcia and wife and sister-in-law, Cruz Martinez as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Over the years she worked for numerous attorneys and CPA’s and always ran their offices with utmost professionalism and dedication. She always had a good, positive attitude.

Margaret was a member of Second Baptist Church for over 30 years and was also a member of the Covenant Keepers Bible Study Group. Being such a strong Christian, she rarely turned down an opportunity to serve or witness people about the Lord.

During the past ten years of her life, Margaret suffered from many illnesses but continued to keep the faith that she would re-enter the workforce once again. Margaret’s gentle spirit and jovial laugh will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her, as well as, by her friends, her friends, her family and countless people to whom she would witness to and befriend along her path.
