Maria Del Carmen Paz Aguirre, 82, of Houston, Texas passed away on December 14, 2016. She was born on April 7, 1934 to Jose and Luz Paz. Carmen was known for her her strong faith in God and incredible cooking skills. She was a member of Templo Cristiano Cordero de Dios and the family will remember her as being a hard worker and devoted mother and grandmother. Left behind to cherish her memory are her children; Maria Elena Aguirre, Sergio F. Aguirre and wife Alma, Mario R. Aguirre and wife Fabiola, Fernando A. Aguirre and wife Oneyda and Cesar D Aguirre and wife Mirian. She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and countless other family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 5-9 PM and a funeral service will begin at 10 AM on Tuesday, December 20, 2016. All services will take place in the chapel at Crespo Funeral Home on Broadway, interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
