Marie Teresa Ramirez

Marie Teresa Ramirez was born March 21, 1958 in Bay City, TX entered into eternal rest on the morning of August 17, 2014 at 6:33 AM. in Houston, TX. Teresa worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 36 years and fought breast cancer from 2011 to 2014. Her faith in God kept her strong, as well as all her family and friends through all the battles she endured. She will be greatly missed and always remembered by all those who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Katie Perez. Left to cherish her precious memories: her son Nicholas Sean Ramirez; father, Pete Ramirez; step-father, Diego Perez; sister, Sylvia Ann Ramirez and husband, Daniel; sister, Patricia Dolores Vela; brother, Carlos R. Ramirez; aunt, Paulina Guerra; nephew, Ricky Ramirez; nephew, Daniel Vincent Gonzales; niece, Olivia Catarina Gonzales; niece, Haley Nicole Vela; along with aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Visitation will be Wednesday., August. 20th from 5-9PM. with a Rosary recited at 7pPM. in the Grand Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10AM., Thursday., August. 21st at St Joseph Catholic Church, 1505 Kane St. Hou., TX 77007. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
