Mary Jane was born May 12, 1938 in Center, Indiana & went to be with our Lord on September 08, 2010 at the age of 72. A devoted & loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister & friend, she will be greatly missed. Mary is preceded in death by husband Doug Blevins, her parents, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, & beloved daughter Deborah Blevins. Survived by daughter Kim Thaler and husband Mark, daughter Diane Smith and husband Dirk, son Doug Blevins II and wife Michele; grandchildren Mark Thaler and wife Keri, Jeff Thaler, Bradley Blevins, Rebekah Smith and Adam Smith, Megan Blevins and Douglas Blevins; great grandchildren Abigal Thaler and Peyton Thaler; brothers Richard Adams and John Adams. A memorial service is scheduled for family and friends Sunday September 12, 2010 at 3:00 pm at the Memorial Oaks Chapel at 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston 77079.
