Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Cora and Thomas Coleman; brothers, Wesley Coleman, Donald Coleman, Glenn Coleman, and Robert Coleman.
Mary Lou is survived by her three daughters, Emily (Katie) Chapman, Stacy Smith, Mary (Diane) Moore and husband William (Billy) Moore; son-in-law, Timothy Smith; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She adored her added grandsons Scott May and Dean Garrison. She will be missed by many.
Serving as pallbearers are Scott May, Christopher Chapman, David Chapman, MarcAnthony May, Phoenix Chapman, Christopher Chapman Jr., Ben Steward, Jon Steward.
Special thanks to her brother Rev. Archie N. Coleman for presiding over service.
A visitation for Mary will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A graveside service will follow and begin promptly at 12:30 PM with burial to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
