Mayne “Bo” Broussard III was born in Port Arthur, Texas on September 13, 1954 and passed away peacefully at his home in Katy on February 9, 2015. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 40 years, Janet Broussard; sons, Mayne “Joey” Broussard and wife Dara, Shawn Broussard; daughter, Chelsea Broussard and partner Jose Zamora; granddaughters, Mallory Broussard, Addison Broussard, Keely Broussard, Greenley Zamora; grandson, Tristan Broussard; sisters, Linda Lloyd, Sharon Williams, Janie Siedel, Crystal Hughes and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Mayne Broussard Jr., mother Bertha Mae Broussard, brother Gary Broussard, grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
As owner of Mason Road Skate Center, Mr. Broussard and his family have been a part of the Katy community since 1987. He loved fishing, the Katy Tigers and Houston Texans.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home Grand Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
