Rest Mert you are a great friend and my family hope you RIP

Uncle Mert ! I can't think of him without thinking of a tractor too !  He was a hard worker and very good person, many memories as a kid too.  He would take my kids that are grown now on rides on the tractor too.  They remember that being so exciting to them.

This is my Last Brother and I can not express in words how much he will be missed. I thank the Lord he is in his hands. Mert you will suffer no more, Your Brother Floyd Ray Mills

I will miss seeing your smile and hearing your laugh as we would talk work. Now the angels will laugh with you. As you are not alone, Momma and Jackie hopefully will keep you entertained. You have always been the solid rock I needed to witness as I had to make hard choices while growing up. Always there to listen or to give words to think upon. Thanks for being a part of our life. My heart is heavy but I know that you are home with our savior.

To Mert's Family,  I am Mert's cousin and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. Another cousin, Raymond, called to tell me about Mert's death.  I was really sorry to hear the sad news.  I have not seen the family in many years, but I have a lot of fond childhood memories of the Mill's family. They were all very special. I know they were some of God's favorites. Some of my most fond childhood memories are playing in his yard with everyone from the street just about. Those were the days! Wish my kid could have known having that type of neighborhood, living close to family and lots of kids with absolutely no worries, except home by dark. Love you Uncle Mert!
