Meta Lippe Mitchell born August 4, 1928, passed away peacefully and went to be with her Savior on October 25, 2012 following a stoke. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Ronald Mitchell; children: Gene Mitchell & wife Joan, Phyllis Dacus & husband Ronnie, Mark Mitchell & wife JoAnn, Jeff Mitchell; also loved by her 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Edwin Lippe & wife Grace, Ruben Lippe & wife Amanda and sister, Edna Pollis. Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Westfield, 21434 E. Hardy Road, Houston, Texas 77073, with visitation beginning at 1PM. Interment will follow in St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Westfield Cemetery.
