He is survived by brothers, Daniel Shane Weldon and Jon Christopher Burks.

Grandchildren were, Lillian Moore, Carter Moore, Jasmine Rodriguez, Briana Rodriguez, Isabell Rodriguez, Mariah Rodriguez, Cassidy Rodriguez, Camila Wayman, and Giavonna Rodriguez.
