Michelle was a really good friend to me for many many years. We started out as coworkers and then became good friends. She was always there for me and was always so fun to hang out with.You will be missed, rest in heaven my beloved friend.

Michele was such a great mom. 💔
We first met shuttling our children from various basketball activities. Michelle Covey would give you the shirt off her back. She was so encouraging and motivating. She never let a challenge hold her back and would encourage her friends to reach their goals.
Since meeting, we have enjoyed Disney World with the kids, a crazy San Antonio vacation where I booked the wrong hotel and because of my mistake she had to do a timeshare interview while I took the kids to Sea World, many holiday activities (Easter, Christmas, Mother's Day) and some crazy shenanigans.

My heart goes out to Sidney who lost her mother at only 11 years old, Grandpa, and of course her two boys and the rest of her tight knit family.

Michelle had such a big Heart. She was always Kind and cared for her employees. She will be forever be missed. I will continue to Pray for her family and her children whom I know she loved so  much. She would always talk about her love for her children. May the Lord comfort the Family and all the people touched by her beautiful soul.

Michelle will be missed, but never forgotten

Michelle was a colleague and friend for the last 14 years.  She is greatly missed and will never be forgotten.  No matter the job she was doing I could always count on Michelle to lead with passion and kindness.   Her teams endearingly referred to her as the cookie lady.  She was known for her ability to brighten their days by sharing cookies and a hand written thank you note.  She believed in leading by example and never hesitated to roll her sleeves up and dive in with the team to solve a problem.   Michelle never turned down an opportunity to help and always did it with a smile.  She was so excited and proud to be nominated to represent her entire region as a core team member for TIDE (together for inclusion, diversity and equity) knowing she could help to make Alorica an even better place to work.   

Outside of work Michelle was a very devoted and involved mom. 
 Her family, especially her 3 children Brandon, Seth and Sidney were her life.  She was so proud of her kids for their strength,  accomplishments and their kind hearts.  I pray that the fond memories of their mom and her love stay with them always.  Condolences to the entire family.  Michelle was a kind and loving soul taken far too soon.    

Michelle was a one of a kind friend, and an extra special person to me. She cared deeply for those she loved, enjoyed heartedly laughing at herself, found fun in simple things in life, she empathized easily for others who struggled and smiled freely at everyone she came in contact with. I learned so much from her and was always warmed by the rays of sunlight that beamed from her spirit when she spoke of how proud she was of her children. Her kids were the center of her universe, I know they know that, I pray they never forget. 

Among the many treasures Michelle leaves behind for her children…for us all include her legacy of strength, ingenuity, creativity and sense of humor; this is how I will remember her and I hope these traits will be life-long blessings for her children. It is my prayer that she Rest In Peace and her children find peace knowing that their mother was so very proud of all three of them…all on their own accord. She deeply loved them all just as they are.

I know she would want her children to take the Hawaiian vacation together that she always talked about. She wouldn’t want that dream to go unfulfilled.  My heart already misses the sound of her beautiful voice and laugh. I send my deepest sympathies to Michelle‘s parents and all her family.

I worked closely with Michelle at NCO. We shared s lot of good times both inside and outside of work. My heart goes out to the family for your loss. Michelle was a kind hearted good person. She will be missed by many.

I had recently had the pleasure of speaking to her daily for the last month. I felt we grew so close ! The family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
