Dr. Minnie Bailey, Ph.D., age 84, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023.
A visitation for Minnie will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Luke The Evangelist Episcopal, 3530 Wheeler Av., Houston, TX 77004. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 3, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 3530 Wheeler Av., Houston, TX 77004. A committal service will occur Friday, February 3, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at Paradise North, 10401 West Montgomery Rd., Houston, TX 77088.
