July 16, 1980 – May 30, 2025
With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Misty Lynn Nicole Hinson. On May 30, 2025, at the age of 44, Misty left this world peacefully and was welcomed into the arms of our Lord. Her gentle spirit, radiant kindness, and unwavering love will be cherished forever by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Born on July 16, 1980, in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Misty brought immense joy, warmth, and laughter to her family from the moment she arrived. As the firstborn, she embraced the role of protector and nurturer, guiding her younger siblings with pride, compassion, and deep admiration. She embodied the essence of what a daughter and sister should be by teaching us courage, joy in life’s simple moments, self-love, and the value of authentic relationships. Misty had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued and she truly was everyone’s friend.
On February 12, 2007, Misty married her best friend and the love of her life, Bryan Hinson. Their bond is a beautiful example of deep friendship, devotion, and mutual respect. Together they built a life rooted in love, and their greatest joys came with the births of their two sons, Brody and Tanner, who are the lights of her life. Being a mother was one of Misty’s most treasured roles. Her love and dedication to her boys are reflected today in the kind, respectful, and grounded young men they are becoming.
Misty found joy in the simple things: good food, fishing, time in nature, laughter, singing her heart out to every song, and most of all, sharing every moment she could with her husband, sons, family, and friends. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a caring daughter, a beloved sister, and a true, genuine friend. Her love was steadfast, her presence comforting, and her kindness had no limits.
A calming presence in a noisy world, Misty carried herself with grace, empathy, and joy. She had a deep love for art and music, using both to bring peace into her own life and also to forge deep, meaningful connections with others. Her warmth and authenticity drew people in and she gave her heart with no conditions and always made time to lift others.
Misty leaves behind a legacy of compassion, laughter, and the reminder to live life with confidence, purpose, and love. She taught us to dance like no one is watching, wear the bright colors, show up for the people we love, and never underestimate the healing power of laughter. There will never be another in this world like her.
Misty is survived by her loving husband, Bryan Hinson; her sons, Brody Zyler and Tanner Blake; her parents, Mike and Sheri Pepple; her siblings, Courtney Clancy, Jordan Blanco, Chelsie Pepple, and Trey Pepple; her parents-in-law, Joe and Vera Hinson; her siblings-in-law, Anthony Blanco, Chris Hinson, and Sandi Hinson; and her beloved nieces and nephews: Alexa, Aidan, Ryder, Kinleigh, Emerson, Madden, Nicole, Joey, and Carly. She is also survived by extended grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who love and adore her.
“Well done, good and faithful servant… enter into the joy of your Lord.” — Matthew 25:23
Our hearts are broken, but we take comfort in knowing Misty is now our guardian angel, watching over us with her beautiful smile. The memories we hold will continue to remind us of what a true blessing it was to love and be loved by her. We are forever grateful for the time we had with Misty, and her spirit will live on in every life she touched.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established to assist with future expenses for her sons, Brody and Tanner. https://gofund.me/0eabe8a4
