Christian dedicated his life to Christ at the early age of 9 being baptized at Blessed Hope Baptist Church where he served as a member of the Junior Deacon Board and Junior Usher Board. Growing up Christian could always be found following his “PawPaw” Rayford every chance he could. He loved to sport his matching suspenders and suits and took great pride in carrying his bible under his arm just like “PawPaw”. Christian enjoyed the pleasure of spending his free time at the “Family Country Home” in Centerville, TX. While being there, Christian’s favorite pass time was driving around the property on the various tractors and still sporting his matching “Cover-All’s” and work boots just like PawPaw.
Christian attended the Galena Park I.S.D.. While being a student there he became a member of the North Shore High School Football Athletic Program. After High School he set out in life and learned the value of hard work and being a diligent employee while holding down various jobs.
At the age of 18, Christian began to experience life and all the twist and turns it could take you through but NEVER forgot that his foundation was and always would be rooted in Christ. He seized the moment to rededicate his life back to Christ and be rebaptized again.
Christian was proceeded in death by his beloved grandfather, Attorney/Deacon Rayford L. Carter.
He leaves to cherish his sweet memories, two beautiful children, S’Kylar Raynea (daughter) and Kaiden James (son).
