Ms. Catherine Thomas

Catherine accepted Christ at an early age. She married Rush Jackson in Shelby County, Texas. To their union, seven children were born.

She later married Raymond Thomas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Annie Ratcliff; two husbands, Rush Jackson and Raymond Thomas; six sisters, Francis Lee Ratcliff, Mattie Ratcliff, Callie Ratcliff, Ineta Jones, Willie Pearl Royston and Annie Mae Ward; two brothers, Wilson Ratcliff and George Lee Ratcliff; one grandson, Kenneth Jackson; two great−grandchildren, LaJuan Hardeman and Shyra’Nedra Hardeman; three children, James Jackson, Robert Jackson and Debra Jackson.

She leaves to love and cherish her memory the love of her life, Sammie Lee Winbush; four daughters, Joyce A. Smith, Mary Washington (Joe), Regina Franklin (Ernest), and Bridget Thomas; three sons, Willie E. Jackson (Judy), Leonard Jackson, and Anthony Thomas; two sisters, Pearl Lee Jones, Mary Lister; one brother, Robert Ratcliff; a host of grandchildren, great−grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
