Norman “Pap” Lawson, 79, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He was born on September 21, 1937 in St. Landry , Louisiana to his parents, Norman Lawson Sr. and Ethel Lee Curtis. He retired from Southeast Steel Company, where he worked for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Gloria Lawson; three daughters, Karen Lawson, Kathy Lawson, and Rhonda Woods; two sons, Trevor Lawson and Terrance Lawson; seven grandchildren, four brothers and thirteen sisters.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 at Little Bethel Baptist Church, 1064 St. Landry Highway, St. Landry, Louisiana 71367. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will be held at Little Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
