Olga Valentina Rincon De Velarde,89, passed away on December 28, 2011 in Houston, Texas. She was born in Maracaibo, Zuila, Venezuela to Federico and Maria Dolores Rincon. She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Ignacio Velarde Ugarte. She is survived by her daughters, Consuelo (Pietro) De Simonato, Maria (Euro) Atencio, son Oscar (Eva) Velarde, six grandchildren, Ana Olga (Orlando Paz) Simonato, Pietro (Nataly) Simonato, Eva Velarde, Laura Velarde, Michael Atencio, Euro E. (Ekaterina) Atencio. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Pietro Simonato Barruci, Anna Paula Simonato Barruci, Angelo Simonato Barruci., and is also survived by her sister-in-law Tania Provenzalli and numerous family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2011 from 10:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Advantage Funeral Home , 7010 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas 77081. A Chapel Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. with Father Alonzo Davila officiating the service. Interment will take place at Panteon San Jose El Redondo in Maracaibo, Venezuela.Arrangements under the direction of Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services.
