Pamela(Pam) Louise Ballard, 69, passed away July 7, 2024, in Cypress, Texas, in the presence of her children. Pam earned her eternal rest following a courageous 3-year battle with cancer. She was an inspiration to anyone who knew the fight she faced daily with positivity, optimism, and her unwavering faith in God. She loved attending Sunday service, time at the beach (just not in the water), and decorating/celebrating for the holiday season, especially with her grandchildren. Although her time with us here is complete, the memories made (and pictures!) will stay with us always. Pam’s presence will be greatly missed.
Pamela was born on July 4, 1955, in Spokane, Washington to Harold E. White and Ruby C. White. Growing up in a military family, Pam and her four siblings moved to various states until 1965 when they settled in Wichita Falls, Texas, on Sheppard Air Force Base.
Pam is survived by her daughters, Carrie Wilson, and Devon Ballard; son, Jason Ballard; grandchildren, Cody Campbell, Skyler Geary, Makayla Wilson, Breanna Barten, and Eve Ballard; great-grandchildren, Elijah Campbell, and Nevaeh Turay; sisters, Billie Hart, and Paula White; nieces, Stacy Duke, Alicia Bellamy; nephews, James Hart, John Haydon.
Pam was preceded in death by her partner in life, Richard Guttman; parents, Harold White and Ruby White; brothers, Lonnie White and Perry White; granddaughter, Makenna Wilson; nephew, Timothy Hart.
As we say our farewells for now, we thank you for being a supportive mother, a loving grandmother, devoted daughter, caring sister, and an awesome aunt! But most importantly,
Thank you for being a friend!
Details for Pam’s, Celebration of Life, will be shared in the days to come.
