Paul attended Parkersburg High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Omaha. He married Kathleen J. Scott on August 12, 1950.
He retired as a Captain from the United States Air Force and later retired from the United States Civil Service. His passions included golf, bridge, and travel.
He is survived by his sister Helen Ada (Morris) Smith; wife, Kathleen; sons, Marion F. and Myron G. Morris; five grandchildren and two step grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Omer Ralph Morris and Ada Ellen (Wilson) Morris; and brothers B. W. (Bobbie) and James Edward Morris.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018, at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church: Pearland, 2314 N. Grand Blvd, Pearland, Texas 77581.
