

Paul was born in 1929 in Brooklyn, New York to Augustus and Josephine Riegler. At the age of 17 he met the love of his life, Marilyn O’Grady. They were inseparable in their love and devotion to one another for over 57 years.
Paul worked for Texaco from 1952 until his retirement in 1987. He was an active parishioner at St. John Vianney Catholic Church and volunteered in numerous organizations.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Marilyn. He leaves in God’s care his children, Pat and Jim Marino, Paul Riegler, Bill and Donna Riegler, Bob Riegler, Chris and Sallee Riegler and Nancy and Ken Payne; 19 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
The family is especially grateful to the host of friends that loved Paul and added much joy to his life.
Visitation and Rosary will be held on Wednesday from 6 pm to 8 pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home at 13001 Katy Freeway. A Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Carmelite Sisters of the Sacred Heart at 22 Farrell Street, Houston, Texas 77022.
