Phillip Allen Marshall, of Houston, Texas, passed away March 17, 2016. Phillip was born on May 12, 1960. He was preceded in death by his mother Jeannette Louise Marshall and father Robert Leonard Marshall. He is survived by his brother Glenn Paul Marshall, sister-in-law Debra Marshall, nieces Jennifer Marshall, Shannon Marshall and nephew Garrett Marshall. A graveside service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale on March 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. under the direction of Advantage Howard-Glendale Chapel, Houston, TX.
