Plutarco Miguel Garcia Guzman, age 53, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday August 26, 2019. Plutarco was born August 8, 1966 in Mexico to his parents Miguel and Delfina Garcia.

Plutarco is survived by; mother Delfina Garcia; sister Rocio G Espinoza, sister Maria Isabel Garcia, brother Jaime Garcia and brother Julio C Garcia.

He was preceded in death by his father Miguel Garcia.

A funeral Mass for Plutarco will be held Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 6921 Chetwood Dr, Houston, TX 77081. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 12:00 PM Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
