He was born to the late Elouise J. & John J. Cooper.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashlee Garner; sisters, Linda Cooper, Marilyn Landers; brother, Larry Cooper and his best friend Lori Oestreich.
Randall, better known as “Randy” to his family and friends was an accomplished drummer. He loved sports especially football.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:30 am at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:30 with the Committal Service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
