Ricardo Valencia

Ricardo was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rosa Pecina.

Ricardo is survived by his daughters, Roxanne Cisneros and Rosalinda Castaneda; his grandsons, Alexander Huete and Christopher Obregon; and his sister, Graciela Valencia; and many loving family members and friends. He was a loving father and grandfather who cherished his family deeply.

Ricardo met Rosa Pecina in Laredo, Texas. He worked in the garage door industry for 20 years with R&R Garage Doors, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. Above all, Ricardo was someone everyone could call and count on to be there, no matter what.

Visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, located at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039, on January 30, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and on January 31, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

A funeral service will take place at the same venue on January 31, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

The graveside service will be held at Brookside Memorial Park, also at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039, on January 31, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
