

Robert “Jim” Lullo, 81, went to be with our Lord Jesus on Saturday, August 18, 2012, in Houston, TX. Jim was born June 26, 1931 son of Joseph and Molly Di Lullo. After his Mother’s death his second Mother, Lucille came to him. His parents and his brothers Danny and Joe predeceased him. Jim is survived by his loving wife of over 42 years, Margaret “Maggie” Lullo, his three daughters from a previous marriage, Joann Di Lullo Nestor of Florida, Karen Lullo Hasler and Lisa Lullo Bosstick, and four grandchildren Leah, Michael, Jordan and Tara all of California. He is also survived by his sister Mary Ann Lullo Hunt of Amherst, MA.
Jim served honorably in the United States Army for over 20 years, serving in both the Korean and Vietnam wars. The later years of his military service were served in the Army Security Agency mainly in overseas posts. After retirement from the Army he worked in the insurance business and more recently also worked with an organization that assisted students in obtaining grant money for college. Jim was a member of Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, having attained the 4th Degree and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Jim will be missed dearly by all those who were privileged to know him.
