Robby, was a great friend and it sad to know he has passed away. I pray blessings over his wife and son as well as his mom and the rest of the family. It's a great shock to know he is gone but never forgotten.  Sorry for your loss.

First, just want to say how sorry I am to his family. This is a hard loss for me as a friend, I just cannot imagine how hard it is for family.  I worked with him for such a long time, and when I left SLB we kept in touch. He always called me cheesehead. When I got married last year I told him he’d have to get used to Hammon instead of Lunsford and he told me I’d always be cheesehead to him.  LOL. He’d refer to me as Slacker also which isn’t going to be a surprise to anyone. He’d always, always ask about my son. He was SO proud of his son, he loved talking about him.   Robert was incredibly smart, but he was also kind, clever, funny, always smiling and he really paid attention to what you were saying.   Such a joyful and caring soul, I am going to miss his smile and laughter. It had this power to make everyone else smile too.  
Again I’m sorry for your loss. He loved his family so much!  My thoughts and prayers are with you. ❤️

I will miss my friend. I remember he liked hazelnut creamer in his coffee cup that read, “No Coffee No Workee.”  He loved macadamia nut cookies and tres leches cake  that Travis’ wife would make for work lunches. He was smart, kind, spirited, funny and a true joy to work with for over fifteen years. We always enjoyed discussing our future and past trips to the Caribbean.  He introduced me to the pan jam festival in Kemah.   He will be missed by so many.   I am still in shock and denial over his passing.  Please know You are in my prayers. I will miss our dear friend Robert.

It is with great shock, sadness, and grief that I heard about Robert's passing. 
Robert was a work colleague at WesternGeco whom I had known since early 2009 when I moved over to the office site where he worked. I found him at once to be polite, soft-spoken, and gentle. But beneath that was an extremely capable, smart, professional, man who was so well respected by all his co-workers and friends. 
Robert would speak with great love and passion about his home in St. Lucia, and his earnest desire to settle there one day, enjoying the warmth, hospitality and life that the Caribbean would offer. 
Indeed, he has been taken away from us all too prematurely. I hope his family finds the fortitude and inner peace to come to terms with this untimely loss. 
Our prayers are with his family; he will be greatly missed.
