She is preceded in death by her parents, Myrth LaVelle and Harry Staten, brothers, Dennis Wilson, Robert Staten and son-in-law, Jimmy Cooper.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Clyde Kubiak and companion, Kimberly Johnson, Lavell Cooper, Timothy Martin Kubiak, Dennis Wayne Kubiak and wife Rena Kubiak; Grandsons, Randy Cooper, Ronnie Cooper, Robby Cooper, Dennis Kubiak Jr., Donovan Kubiak; Great-grandchildren, Olivia, Nathan, Wyatt, Isaac, Aiden, Larissa, Brentley, Kylan, Bella, Dennis III, Garrett, Donovan Jr.; Brother, David Wilson and Sister, Ruby Holmes.

A funeral service will occur Friday, June 14, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A committal service will occur Friday, June 14, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park.
