I met the Reynolds family when I was 8 yo.  Charleen aka Charlie, and I became instant best friends,  sisters, confidants,  and partners in crime.   That is when it all began.  WHERE it all began was on a street called Burning Tree.  Almost immediately,  our families became bonded in a way that would last a lifetime.   Although we weren't always close in proximity we managed to stay in touch.  Even if only for short visits.

I will always treasure my precious memories of Sally. (This may sound lame to  some) but they are as follows:

She turned me on to this strange spaghetti.  It was hollow (?)  Being Italian, she made the absolute best homemade sauce to serve on this alien pasta. LOVED

Director of twirlers for the Sharpstown Tigers.  Fun Football, Priceless memories! 
And so many more memories.

But my favorite memory shall be  her laugh.  It was loud and it was hysterical. She had the cutest little snort in between breaths. It was the kind of laugh that could make you tinkle your pants. Epic.

So Farewell Sweet Sally.  May you Rest in the Arms of the Angels.  

To the family; We were honored to have been a  part of the celebration of Sally's life. We love you all and wish you all  peace.

P.S. This is the fourth memorial I have written for this amazing woman. And for me, the best.  Now I am praying it will post. The reason this is the fourth is because I could not get it to post.  And I don't know how to copy it.

Charlie, We are dear friends, our mom's were dear friends. It's hard to believe that so many years have passed and it is that time in our lives that our parents leave us. Your mom was a wonderful woman who saw us all as "her kids" and treated us that way. I know the last few years have been difficult. But now she's all better and visiting with her friend, my Mom. Anything I can do for you or just if you want to talk, call me. My love and prayers are with you, Dianna Chaffee Elsby

So sorry for your loss. Sally was a wonderful lady, I know she will be missed. Praying for peace & comfort for your family.

May she finally have peace and joy and laughter again after such an arduous and frightening journey. May God shine His light and comfort on your family Charleen. You and yours are in my prayers.

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother, my Aunt Sally.  I will always remember the times we spent with her and the family when we were very small.  Please accept our heartfelt sympathy and know that you and the family are in our thoughts and prayers.
