He is survived by his parents, Dawn Williams and Clay Trozzo; and his brothers, Jared Williams and Payne Phillips Trozzo.
The family will gather for a private interment service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family request that donations in Sam’s honor be directed to Second Baptist School, 6410 Woodway Dr., Houston, TX, 77057, to the attention of Julie Applegate; or to the charity of one’s choice.
