Mom, it's been a year today since you passed away.  My heart aches for you and daddy.  I miss both of you so much!  I love you both more than words can say.  I would give anything if you and daddy were here today with me...  I've been very depressed and trying to plan for Christmas.  I didn't decorate as much as I normally do this year.  I remember when Randi was a baby and you came over and helped me decorate.  Randi takes after us though.  She has a good eye for design and agrees that 80% is in the presentation.  It is lonely not having either of you two here to talk to.  A lot is still going on but I am about to take possession of the house on Yancy.  I have to do something with it.  I wish I was retired where I could decide if I wanted to move in to it.  But, for now I think I will try to renovate it and rent it out.  It holds a lot of memories...  Anita still occupying both of the places and it's time to move forward.  I wish you and daddy would have moved in with me years ago!  We all would have had a blast.  I love you both so much and give daddy a big hug and kiss for me.

Happy Thanksgiving Mom and Dad!  I miss you guys so much.  It's the first year I haven't cooked for you Mom but making your famous dressing and making sure that every one that eats it knows its your recipe.  Even my friends are making it for their families. I have been really missing you Mom and Dad.  It's extremely difficult not having either one of you here to talk to.  I love you both more than words could ever say!  I miss getting to talk to you both.  I especially miss the calls from you Dad on those special days with your singing telegram.  Mom, I also visited with aunt Myrtle recently.  She looks good.  Curtis and I sat and talked to her for a while reminiscing about the past.  Tell all my relatives in Heaven I miss and love them and...  hugs and kisses until we meet again.

Happy Father's Day Daddy!  I love and miss you every day.  I know Mom is with you celebrating your day but I would give anything to have you here with me. Well it's been a long day and I just wanted to say I will always love you Mom and Dad.  It's been 17 years today since daddy passed away and when people say it gets better with time, it doesn't!  17 years and I still think about you daily and miss you so much.  I know I will NEVER get over losing you.  I loved every minute I had with you but only wish it could have been longer.  I love you both so much and I know I will see you again one day. Today is the anniversary of my dad's death and there's not a day that goes by that I don't miss him.  I LOVE HIM so much and miss him every day. I was gonna write you yesterday, but felt it wasn't right, one month after you passed, extremely difficult to actually realize you are never gonna be around anymore. I love an miss you very much, I just wish I had my grandma back.

So I been going through pictures, as I'm sure you have seen, I still haven't finished the hall I started so many years ago. I have finished a big mirror display case Aunt Debbie gave me years ago, I love the way it turned out, everyone who comes in now walks over to it, they can't help but look at all the pictures. Some are funny some are not, but they all say the same thing, beautiful memories. It's of everyone over the years, an I was looking at it this morning wondering an imagining you standing there seeing it also, with that beautiful smile you always had. I sure do miss you grandma, words can't even describe how much. I love you an papa so much, wish you had more time with us all, forever in my heart.

It's been tough since you left us. I was so use to preparing your meals for the week and making sure you had all your supplies that now I find I'm not sure what to do with my time.  I'm sure you are getting all your favorite foods in Heaven and I'm sure you and Daddy are enjoying them very much.  I miss you both so much!  It's difficult not having either one of your parents.

As I saw Jason off to work this morning I remembered how you always told papa to be safe I noticed for the first time that I do the same. Thank you for making me who I am today someone that loves and respects her husband and knows what he does for me every day. I love and miss you but I bet you are busy running after your grandson Kolby Wade I will see you all one day and I promise to live the best life I can for you.

Grandma it was hard for me to find the words to say to describe how much you mean to me, you are the reason I love to cook for my family and the reason I express my love to the man in my life as you did everyday with papa, I remember all the mornings i'd wake up and you would be cooking, you taught me how to cook with my heart, I will forever be greatful to you for everything you have taught me and shown me in life, I love you grandma I just wish you could have met the man i love he'd have loved you as much as me, I will always miss you grandma and I will always love you.
