Mr. Alford was a very humorous and likable man. He possesed the articulable skill to make a moment that appeared bleak into the utmost soothing experience. Since our first meeting approximately 30 years ago, that characteristic stood out and captivated me. He will truly be missed, because we have lost a great father, husband, and extraordinary human being.
