Troy Carpenter, 87, passed away October 1, 2016. He was born September 26, 1929 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Roy and Lois Carpenter. He retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service and from Lone Star College. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Marjorie Carpenter; sons, Fred Carpenter and wife Sheila, Allen Carpenter, Darrell Carpenter and wife Lynne; brothers, Roy Carpenter and wife Aliene, Donnell Carpenter and wife Wanda; sisters, Shirley Busby and Wanza Sanders; grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
