We welcomed her into the Buentello Family twenty years ago when she and Daniel Buentello met and fell in love. They surprised us when we were told they eloped in Las Vegas. She wore a red leather pant suit to commemorate the occasion. We celebrated this happy union at a reception, showering them with gifts and lots of love.
Years later when they started their family, Vanessa became the doting and loving mother we all knew and loved. She was filled with pride at her sons’ milestones and achievements. Joshua and Nathaniel were the joys in her life. She proudly boasted about their accomplishments and delightfully shared photos of them together. Her spirit will be forever carried by her legacy of the pure love she had for her boys.
Vanessa loved traveling and the adventures she and Danny shared on many cruises they took. She enjoyed these times and talked about the next cruise they would take, often.
Vanessa was Vibrant, Animated, Nice, Enthusiastic, Sweet, Spontaneous, and Affectionate. She had a beautiful smile and a kind heart. She took the time to express kind words to those she encountered. She truly cared and loved spending time with family and friends. We will remember Vanessa, not only for her beautiful outer appearance, but for her inner beauty.
We will remember Vanessa’s genuine laugh. It would start as a little giggle that would turn into this great joyful laughter. From rooms away, you could always tell it was Vanessa who was laughing. This joyful laughter is how some will remember Vanessa along with fond memories and treasured moments.
Vanessa leaves us with a message of hope. A message of… "Let’s open our eyes. Let’s open our ears. Let’s open our hearts to our loved ones. Let us lift each other up. Let us lighten the load for one another when it’s too much to carry." She will be the inspiration to be mindful, to reach out to our loved ones, to let them know they matter; they are loved.
Vanessa is loved and she will be forever missed.
