He was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 2, 1947. Victor was a hardworking man with incredible integrity. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, and wood work. He enjoyed working on cars in his early life and had an amazing collection of trains.
He is survived by his loving wife Rosemary; Sons, Mark wife Aimee, Sonny wife Elisa, daughter Cynthia husband Moses; Grandchildren, Roxanne, Daniel, Matthew, Joseph, Isaac, Adrianna, Christian, and Elijah.
