Mrs. Greenwood spent her life serving and loving her family. She was born to William Wallace Tillar and

Flora Amarilla Rush on June 18, 1919 in Jonesville, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents,

her husband of 40 years, Ernest Edward Greenwood, sons, Ernest “Sonny” Greenwood, Johnny “Buddy”

Greenwood, Bobby Greenwood, Ronald Greenwood, daughter, Peggy Sue Greenwood, and grandson,

Mark Greenwood.

She is survived by her sons Harry and Gerald Greenwood and wife Linda, daughters Betty Giddings,

Sandra Vines, Vicky Hooper and husband Mike, Janice Couch and husband Steve; 17 grandchildren: Raymond Greenwood, Craig Greenwood, Roy Greenwood, Darla Salisbury, Trila Butler, Jesse Fojtik, Tammy Hill, Karen Owen, Cheryl Franks, Michelle Welsh, Chris Greenwood, Samantha Greenwood, Glen Hudson, Ricky Hudson, Kimberly Martinez, Jennifer Verchiens, Amy Sumner, one sister Dorothy Keller, 35 great-grandchildren and 27 great great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 28,2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home Family Chapel with Rev. Rick Byers officiating. Burial immediately following at Brookside Memorial Park.
