Viola Margaret White

Married the one true love of her life, Henry Ford White, on May 9, 1942 in Henderson, Texas. They had been married just six months when he was drafted into the Air Force and stationed in San Antonio. She lived in Seguin and worked at JC Penney until he returned from service in World War II, and they moved back to Houston after his discharge in 1945. They were happily married until his death, March 18, 1974.

She was a charter member of Westview Baptist Church in Houston, then later joined Long Point Baptist Church in Houston. She was blessed with a special love for working with children and was a Sunday School teacher for many years at both churches.

She loved her family...she was "Nana" to all of us. Her survivors are, son, Steve White, daughter & son-in-law, Lori and Larry Reynolds, grandsons & wives, Collin and Carrie White, Matthew and Erin Reynolds

Granddaugher - Meghann Reynolds, great-granddaughters, Abigail Reynolds and Ashlynn White.

Special thanks to her "Bonus" daughter, Robin Young and Jeff Cruser; to Evonne Reynolds, for her love, care & visits; and to everyone at Legend Oaks-West Houston who not only took care of her over the last two years, but also befriended and loved her.
