Virgil Noil Dunn

We sadly announce the passing of Virgil Noil Dunn, 92, a resident of Tomball, Texas who entered into eternal rest on September 29, 2025.

He was born in Savanna, Oklahoma on June 15, 1933, to parents Doc and Martha Dunn. He was one of eight children.

Virgil honorably served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. After his military retirement, he had a second career with the United States Postal Service.

On December 24, 1955, he married the love of his life, Virginia. Virgil had a zest for life and adventure. He loved traveling, fishing, gold panning, and spending time with family.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia L. Dunn; daughter, Jan K. Kelly and husband Len; son, Robert V. Dunn; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Adrain Dunn; and many other relatives and friends.

Virgil was preceded in death by his parents, Doc and Martha Dunn; sister, Palestine Dunn; sister, Elgin Smith; brother, R.J. Dunn; twin brother, Victor Dunn; sister, Grace Joiner; and sister, Sharon Reel.

He will be greatly missed by all.
