Walter Chester Webster passed away on August 30, 2016. He was born on September 26, 1938 in Merritt Island, Florida to parents Luke and Dixie Webster. Walter worked as a mechanic. Walter was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Glenda Webster of 58 years. He is survived by his son, Charles Webster; step-son, Daniel Rhoades; brothers, Sam Webster, Richard Webster, Harold Webster, Ray Webster; sister, Virginia “Cookie” Bourdon; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, September 2, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and a Funeral Service at 9:00 AM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 followed by a burial at Rosewood Memorial Park, 2602 S Houston Ave, Humble, TX 77396 .
