Wanda I Terry

Wanda Irene Terry, 87, a resident of Cypress, Texas entered into eternal rest June 4, 2012 at Tomball Regional Hospital after an extended illness. She was born Jan. 30, 1925 in Jennings, LA to Otis Tupper and Ella M. Bolles. She was the eleventh of thirteen children. Wanda Married Herbert G. Smith in 1945 at Leavenworth, Kansas. This union provided 2 children. Mr. Smith passed in 1947. She married William Terry in Houston, TX, 5 June 1953. She is survived by her husband, William Terry; daughters: Sandra Smith Pix of Guntersville, AL., Aubrey G. Smith (Polly) of Union Grove, AL.; son, Kenneth Neil Terry of Burnet, TX., and "adopted son", James Murray of Cypress, TX.; sisters: Betty L. Terry of Magnolia, TX and Frances June Lauber of Covington, LA.; 7 grandchildren, her pride and joy; Mrs. Mary Swords (Michael), Vincent R. Pix, Troy A. Smith 9Angela), Brian Henry Smith (Amber), Brenda Wilhagen (Paul Stancil), Aaron David Terry and Jacob Thomas Terry, Blake Murray; 8 great grandchildren; along with a large extended family of nieces & nephews. Visitation will Thurs., June 7th from 5-8pm at Brookside Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be at 10:30am, Fri., June 8th at Brookside Memorial Park.
