Our dearly beloved Yvonne Mesfin departed this world and ascended to the heaven on May 10th, 2025. She was the devoted mother of Joseph, the late Yohannes, Lily, the late Dawit, Teodros and Leah Mesfin. A grandmother of Rahel, the late Samuel, and Berhanu Selassie; Eskinder Mesfin; Yonathan, Petros and Michael Dawit. Proud great grandmother of Yohannes, Frederick Mesfin, and great grandmother to Gia Selassie, Saba, Laila Scott. She was greatly loved and her absence will leave a huge hole in our hearts.
A funeral for Yvonne will be held Saturday, Saturday May 24th, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Saint Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, 424 Mulberry Lane, Bellaire, Texas 77401. An interment will follow at Houston Memorial Garden, 2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, Texas 77581. Followed by a catered reception at The Episcopal Church of Epiphany, 9600 Gessner Rd, Houston, Texas 77071.
