Betty Jo Newton, 82, passed away on Tuesday, May 20 at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Atkins, Arkansas to parents Laudie and Jessie Moore. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her son Mike and brother David. Betty Jo is survived by her husband of 65 years, William; daughter, Sharon; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 28 from 4-8 PM, with a chapel service on Thursday, May 29 at 11:00 AM, both to be held at Lakewood Funeral Home (Heritage Chapel), 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson, CA.
