Billy is survived by Vera Dickens, sisters Mary Brannon, Barbara Ashcroft, children Debbie Jones, Steven Williams, Lonnie Dickens, Cheryl Saville, 9 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Myrtle Williams, sister Jessie May Williams, brother Carl Williams and son Michael Williams.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 1:00PM at Celebration Center, 323 Kerr Avenue in Modesto.
